Q: Do you offer Business Class and First Class tickets? A: Yes we do, by selecting the fare type drop down you can choose between Economy, Premium Economy, Business or First class.

Q: Can I purchase published fares on your site ? A: Yes, these fares are included and identified by a Red "P" in the fare results screen.

Q: How quickly do you issue the tickets? A: During office hours normally within same day. After hours ticket requests are done the next day.

Q: How do I get my E-Ticket confirmation? A: Once a ticket is generated an email confirmation is automatically sent. If you do not receive one please call 888-606-0371.

Q: How quickly will we get our commission from Fares for Agents? A: 14 business days and all payments will be made via direct deposit..

Q: Can I change an online booking once I have made it? A: The only way to currently change a reservation booked online is to call us at 888-606-0371 or email us using reservations@faresforagents.com.

Q: Which fare will print on the ticket? A: Net Airfares: In most cases, BULK will be indicated in the fare box on the ticket.
Published - Commissioned Airfares: will show the actual published ticket amount.

Q: Do you have net fares within the US and Canada, South and Central America or Caribbean? A: Not yet - but watch our site for new offerings!

Q: Do you accept credit cards? A: Yes.

Q: Any transaction fee? A: All airfares are quotes at a cash discounted prices, if the airline does not process the credit card, we will process with a 4% fee.

Q: What do you need for credit card documentation? A: We have a credit card authorization form. This includes airfare total, penalties and agreeing to the terms of the sale.

Q: If credit card is not used, how do I pay for the tickets? A: Right now we only accept credit cards.

Q: Are you able to waive advance-purchase rules? A: In most cases no, however this all depends on the airline, so this is on a case by case basis.

Q: Can clients get a refund? A: That depends on the type of airfare that was purchased. Wherever an airline allows a refund, said refund will be processed but will incur an airline cancellation fee and our penalty fee as well.

Q: Can passengers earn frequent flyer miles? A: Frequent flyer mileage can be accrued on most of our contracts.

Q: Can I book a group online ? A: No, Please fill out the request form for groups of 9 or more.

Q: Can I purchase travel insurance for my clients on your site ? A: You can buy travel insurance as part of the booking process.
